We are centrally located within walking distance to City Centre, the University of Otago, Otago Museum, Dunedin Hospital, Forsyth Barr Stadium, Logan Park, Alister McMiillan Hockey Turf and the Botanical Gardens and we are just a short drive from Mercy Hospital.
Our motel-style accommodation comprises 16 superior suites, featuring one and two-bedroom motel units, with a comprehensive range of facilities. The self-contained, non-smoking suites are available in an assortment of configurations to suit families, corporate stays and travellers alike.

Cancellation Policy:
If your plans change for some reason we do understand, and ask that you advise us as soon as possible. We require 48 hours notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. If, after checking in, your stay is shortened then a charge of up to one night's accommodation may be made.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted in our units. For those who wish to smoke, ashtrays have been provided outside. Please leave your unit door and window shut while you smoke to ensure no smoke enters the unit. If smoke is detected in a unit there will be a charge of up to one night's accommodation in order to return the unit to its non-smoking status.
