We are easy to find on Robins Road being one of the closest motels to central Queenstown. Only 10 minutes’ walk from the lakefront and Skyline Gondola which takes you to the top of Bobs Peak, giving you spectacular views over the city.
We have plenty of parking, so you can leave your car and avoid parking issues or explore on foot.
Our Queenstown motel accommodation includes a variety of studios plus one, two and three bedroom interconnecting units which means we can offer accommodation suitable for couples, families or smaller groups.

At Bella Vista Queenstown, hospitality isn't just a job, it's a passion shared by your hosts, K and Paulina.
Kyoichiro (or simply K, as everyone knows him!) first discovered the magic of Queenstown in 2002 after moving from Japan. He instantly felt at home and has spent years honing his craft in the accommodation world. In 2021, fuelled by his love for genuine hospitality, K embraced the challenge of taking ownership of this motel during a challenging time, eager to put his heart into making it special.
Working alongside him is the wonderful Paulina. With more than a decade dedicated to making guests feel cared for, Paulina's warm spirit is legendary! Her welcoming smile and genuine care are often highlights mentioned by those who stay with us.
K and Paulina are dedicated to making your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and truly welcoming. They can't wait to share their slice of Queenstown with you.
