Located only a short way from the town centre and the lake front, our motel in Rotorua has been independently assessed by Qualmark as 4 star quality accommodation.

Just under three hours from Auckland, Rotorua is the perfect base for your North Island adventure. We are easy to find on Lake Road and from the moment you arrive, you'll enjoy the convenience of being located in close proximity to the CBD for business, shops, entertainment and other activities.

Our customers are fascinated by the scenery, history and culture of Rotorua. We are directly across the road from Kuirau Park which has a steaming lake and bubbling mud pools. We can advise on local tours and attractions and offer you a free of charge booking service and some attractions offer concessions should you stay with us.

We are also situated close to the Aquatic Centre and the Rotorua Hospital.

Bella Vista Motel Rotorua has ample safe parking, leave your car and avoid parking issues, walk to work or explore on foot. There is also a private lawn area with outdoor furniture and barbeque for guest use.

Our superior smoke free accommodation includes a variety of studios and one bedroom units. The purpose built access units have been designed with parking at the door for your convenience. You have a choice of king, queen or single beds with electric blankets for those cooler nights.

Zorb

World-renowned, this legendary kiwi invention sees you rolling down specially designed tracks in a giant inflatable ball. There is a range of tracks and Zorb rides to choose from. A trip to Zorb is hilarious and safe fun for the family.

Rotorua Duck Tours

The best way to discover Rotorua is on this 1.5-hour duck tour. This sightseeing adventure takes you aboard an amphibious vehicle where you’ll see all the sites: Government Gardens, the Blue Baths and onto Lake Tikitapu (Blue Lake) and Lake Okareka. For those that revel in the quirky and fun!

New Zealand Riverjet
